Vertical Fitness Studio

This studio specializes in a sexy workout regime: the art of the pole. If you are looking for a strength-building workout that also boosts your confidence and sensuality, pole dancing may be for you.

Introductory and beginner pole classes teach the basics: tricks, spins, grips and hand position, all while building your core and upper body strength.

Ignite with Joannah

Booties are in in a big way and the trend doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. Women everywhere are looking for ways to get bigger buns, and Bailey’s Gym offers a cardio hip-hop dance class that is more effective than butt implants and padded underwear.

Ignite is an hour-long dance fest that burns fat and builds the booty, all along to your favorite tunes. Joannah’s hip-hop routines include lots of squatting, twerking and an intense cardio workout.
