In the mourning aftermath of the Jags unfavorable loss, we’ve had some fun winter waves to  get our minds off of it for a bit! After this last little swell fades we’ll have new approaching fronts that will bring new life to the surf!  We’ve had a new super blood moon this week that has produced some mega low and high tides! If you’ve timed your tides and times right with the last fading swell you’ve scored some fun waves! After this long stretching front crosses the east coast and the Bermuda high tries to set in, we’ll have another bit of nor’easter swell this weekend seeing in to produce some chunky waist to chest plus surf again before the super bowl… Winter has been pretty chilly overall but has been pretty good at giving us some fun surf! J-Villle has always been a good winter swell destination so embrace the rubber, and tighten up for some fun chilly waves ahead! If you haven’t upped your rubber game there’s still time to get into your favorite local surf shop to get that new suit, or some hats, gloves, and booties! Time your sessions around the first of the incoming tides over the weekend and you’ll get the best push of swell coming in with the tides!
