Jacksonville surf star Justin Quintal is the most decorated longboarder of his generation. Eight Duct Tape Invitational wins and a WSL world title, to boot, Quintal is deserving of his own honorific to sum up his competitive prowess–oh and we’ve tried, throwing “Just-Win” Quintal out into the ether on a number of occasions.

No doubt, in all his 30something years riding logs ’round the world, Quintal’s racked up some tip time. But a recent clip which appeared on the IG handle of filmmaker Ryan Cannon (whose Log Rap series, as the name suggests, pairs classing longboarding with a hip hop soundtrack) shows that Quintal is capable of fitting what would be a life’s worth of time spent on the nose into one solitary wave. And while you might be tempted to toss your log into a surfy pyre, and burn it in effigy after watching and realizing you’ll never be as locked in as JQuinny, don’t fret. He’s a world champ–and arguably the best logger in the world–after all.

Click play to watch the incomparable Quinny surf one wave about as well as one could.
