Gluten-intolerant Void Magazine contributor Glenn Van Dyke threw caution to the wind when she dove into Hungry Owl Food Truck‘s version of Kao Soi, a decadent dish popular in Thailand. Gastro-intestinal discomfort notwithstanding, it was the best thing she’s ever eaten (recently)! A-plus photog Agnes Lopez snapped the studio shot of the concoction in question and Void’s art director Wesley Parsons dressed it up with some vintage accoutrement, our nod to magazine covers of yore. This issue’s full of similarly bold decisions.
