Have you listened to Electro Lounge? Sure you have. You may not know it… but you have.

If you’ve had your radio tuned to 89.9 FM after 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday, then you’ve been on the “musical journey around the world and through time” with WJCT‘s David Luckin. Typically a chill affair, as Luckin plays his share of downtempo and classic jazz numbers, the Lounge is also capable of surprising. Like when Luckin drops the needle on Turntable Tuesdays and plays something really revelatory–like last week when he treated listeners to the newly released Breaking Bad Soundtrack in its entirety. (One of the greatest shows ever-made also had an amazing soundtrack! Who knew?)

In any event, we’re hoping tonight’s Turntable Tuesday will be equally eye-opening, as our all-local music compilation, Void on Vinyl (Vol. 2) will be spinning in the Lounge. Tune in tonight to 89.9 FM at 9 p.m. and turn it up!

And if you want to get your paws on a copy of Void on Vinyl (Vol. 2)–or volume 1–come to Nighthawks on Saturday, where we’re hosting bands from both albums for a fun and eclectic night of music. Vinyls will be on sale for $10–what a steal!
