My Oh My what a crazy week in the Tropics! First Gordon buzzed through for a cup of coffee, luckily with little damage to the Gulf Coast, and Florence grew Big Time and is now downgraded looking to restrengthen and 2-3 other system in tow! Welcome to Peak Hurricane Season! At present Florence will look to gain some resurgence but seems to be shifting towards the Mid-Atlantic, but will be in our swell window in a few days! 8 and 9 aren’t far behind and are looking to take a lower track which we for sure need to keep an eye on the coming week! Now is the time to dust off the Hurricane Checklist, and with the last 2 years, we know what to expect! Prepare now and don’t scramble later… High Pressure systems in the Northern USA and off the North Atlantic will play major steering factors of the next systems, but we’ll keep our eyes on the radars and be back online periodically as things progress. We should have building surf through Wednesday in the waist to stomach plus range until the Main Event hits Wednesday and Thursday as it looks to be hitting our window pretty perfect for some overhead surf with favorable winds and tides! Until then, we have BRUUUUVAL https://www.boldbrandsjax.com/bruval-craft-beer-fest this weekend! and the opening season JAGS GAME on Sunday, and a little wave to fill our weekend just right! Wax ’em up, get some warm up sessions in and get the Hurricane Prep done now to be ready! GO JAGS!
