Another weeks ticks by and no formations of storms present here as we inch our way towards the end of a crazy Hurricane Season 2017! Of, speaking of crazy, Hurricane Ophelia has formed in the open Atlantic off the coast of Europe and is heading north towards Ireland and the UK! A hurricane in Europe?!? Sure why not! We’ve seen a bit of it all this year, good, bad, and ugly. We have a small system brewing out in the Caribbean at present but doesn’t look to be a noise maker at this point and is probably going to tail off in the ocean because of the shear that is about to blow in from yet another nor’easter coming in this week! We have a low pressure system moving down over the coast, and it’s stacking up for another dose of nor’easter punch all week! We should see building surf starting late Monday, and some solid surf in the waist to chest high plus range all week! It hasn’t been flat in awhile, and we can’t complain about that! Wax e’m up and get on it this week and enjoy the last few weeks of daylight savings time!
