This year is the 36th annual Pride Celebration. The parade will kick off on October 3 and wind through the downtown neighborhoods of the Riverside area.  After the parade, there will be a street festival featuring a diverse mix of local vendors. The final event will take place on the following day with the Pride Festival held at Riverside Artist Square.

This is largest- and longest-running pride event in Northeast Florida. The mission of River City Pride is equality for all. Each year, the group aims to produce an annual event that encourages a community to bring together LGBTQ citizens, allies and family for a colorful event. The event highlights LGBTQ-oriented non-profit organizations in the local area to provide community support.

This is a free event. Donations are suggested and include a free commemorative bracelet. The organization is still accepting applications for the parade, entertainment, volunteers and sponsors. You will have serious #FOMO if you skip this event. Come out and show your support, or join the parade to show them who you are. Prepare for a lot of fun, food and dancing. Don’t forget your flag!
