If you could have a drink with anyone dead or alive who would it be?

Amy Winehouse and we’d have old fashioned’s with rye because she knew how to have a good time and was an amazing artist. I want to listen to her poetry and music over a cocktail.

If you could make your own liquor what would it be called?

Femme Fatale because you’d fall in love with its beauty and taste, but it makes your pants fall off.

What is your favorite drink/food combo on the menu?

A Redemption Rye Old Fashioned with our smoked pork belly.

What is your favorite ingredient to work with and why?

Egg whites, I like the mouth-feel of egg whites in cocktails. And they’re beautiful.

Best hangover cure?

Soda water with bitters, Thai food, keep calm and drink on!

What is your favorite local liquor?

Manifest Gin. It is a smooth, citrus forward gin that is exceptionally refreshing in the summer. Also, the Manifest Distillery family is awesome.

Southern Mistress: Buffalo Trace bourbon, fresh strawberry purée, House made lemonade, garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel
