After teasing everyone with another short clip earlier this August at the MTV Video Music Awards, French electronic duo Daft Punk has released the long-awaited video for the track “Lose Yourself to Dance.”

This is Daft Punk’s second single and comes off their critically-acclaimed album Random Access Memories that you’ve already listened too…right? Of course you have.

Returning alongside  Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter are R&B singer Pharrell Williams and legendary guitarist Nile Rodgers. “Lose Yourself to Dance” is the sixth track off the album and features a similar style of disco/funk dance music.

In an interview with Vibe Media, Bangalter described their inspiration behind the song as, “something lighter or something more primal”, and that the song was meant to evoke the sense of being unified and connected on the dance floor. Pharrell elaborated stating that the song, “makes me feel like walking down the street in the middle of the night in London and it’s 1984, 1985.”

The video for the second single features all four musicians rocking their glitter-clad suits and acrylic guitars in traditional disco style as the camera pans around the dance floor.
