The Jaguars go to London for the third straight year but are hopeful for different results than the two previous games in the UK. This time, they face an AFC opponent, after two-straight NFC ones overseas. The game is at 9:30 a.m. and will be available online through Yahoo, as well as our local station on TV.

The Bills come in banged up, with starting QB Tyrod Taylor suffering from a MCL strain. If he isn’t back in the lineup, which it looks like he might be, then E.J. Manuel will take his place, and Manuel beat the Jags at home in December 2013. Their star receiver Sammy Watkins is doubtful with an ankle injury that knocked him out of last week’s game, but his status may change as we get closer to Sunday. Starting DT Kyle Williams didn’t even make the trip to London, and neither will speedster Percy Harvin or backup RB Karlos Williams.

They do have a fully healthy Lesean McCoy, who showed his burst at RB last week and will be a huge factor in the game this Sunday. Jacksonville cannot let him run wild if they want to stay in this game. The Bill’s offense is more on the conservative side, especially with Watkins hurt and Harvin out, so they will run the ball a lot. The Jags were decent against the run last week and need to continue that. Marks will play a whole lot more than last week, so that will be huge.

The Bill’s have one of the better defenses and secondaries, though it has been exposed a couple of times. They force a lot of turnovers, something that Bortles struggled with last week. If T.J. Yeldon can’t play again with a groin injury, hopefully Denard Robinson will be in better health than last week and be able to start. It’s going to be tough to run the ball, so they will need explosive runs.

Bortles and the offense have moved the ball through the air well the last three weeks, it just hasn’t resulted in a win. Julius Thomas got going last week with 77 yards and a TD, look for him to continue to rack up targets. As long as they stay turnover free, they will have a chance.

Prediction: Bills 34 — Jags 21 if Tyrod Taylor starts | Bills 27 — Jags 17 if E.J. Manuel starts
