Last month Flomotion opened its Jacksonville Beach studio doors to celebrate Justin Quintal’s second
consecutive US Open Duct Tape Invitational win.
This past summer Quintal, and photographer Gunner Hughes, traveled cross-country in Quintal’s van from Jacksonville Beach to Southern California. After a two-week trip to Mexico, Quintal returned to California where he successfully defended his US Open title.The gallery served as a photographic timeline of his journey, from his home in Jacksonville Beach to the podium in Huntington Beach, and back. A 30-minute short film of the trip was also screened, giving a more in depth look to life on the road.In attendance were Quintal, Hughes, local business owners, friend and family, and Quintal’s shaper Ricky Carroll even made the trip up from Cocoa Beach.
