Recently the Void office got a makeover thanks to the extremely talented local artist, Adam Brett.

Adam is a self taught abstract artist. His art consists of surf art, animals, abstract and his latest series called “Fluidity”.
He predicates the use of colors and how each color juxtaposes with one another. What may appear to be many colors thrown on to a canvas is really somewhat of a calculated exercise.
“Knowing how to use certain complimentary colors with one another to evoke emotion is challenging. I usually have warmer colors as the vocal point with cooler colors as the back drop with the hope of creating motion in my work. If I have an orange I always try to have a blue very close to it or a shade of purple is usually close to a yellow,” he explains.
