Imagine if every Pixar movie was in the same timeline and universe. Think I’m crazy?

What is known as the, “Pixar theory,” is something that has been circling around the Internet for quite some time. It even has its own dedicated website now.

The first movie in the timeline is “Brave,” taking place in the 14th and 15th century. Next, zero-point energy was mastered in the 50s by the villain in “The Incredibles” and it showed itself again in 1997, when it may have given life to the intimate objects (toys) in “Toy Story.”

In “Finding Nemo” and “Ratatouille,” hatred for humans is shown by animals that are gaining higher intelligence. Somewhere between, 2011 and 2016, “Up” portrays the tipping point between animals and humans. The Buy-N-Large corparation, which has been in both “Toy Story” and “Wall-E,” plays a recurring part in the timeline.

Eventually, all of the humans leave the polluted planet behind, leading to “Cars” and its sequel. In “Wall-E,” another chance is given to humans and animals for another world, one that is shown in ” A Bug’s Life.” Finally, in the far distant future, “Monsters Inc.” and “Monsters U” are representative of animals or monsters as the more dominant part of society.

If Pixar’s next film plays into this, the theory will only hold more weight. Until then, we will have to speculate. Watch the video below for more details on the Pixar Theory.
