1. Pizza-flavored Beer

Everyone’s guilty pleasure, and a girl’s worst nightmare: pizza and beer. It would only make sense to mix the two together to enjoy both tastes at once, forming “Pizza Beer.” On Labor Day in 2006, Tom and Athena Seefurth developed Pizza Beer in Campton Township, Illinois. It all started with a surplus of tomatoes, a bag of garlic, and an idea that started early in the spring when they planted a garden of herbs. Mamma Mia Pizza Beer is not available at any locations in Jacksonville, but it is available on the web. Imagine the money you could save at Mellow Mushroom, if they carried pizza beer.

2. Steak-Flavored Beer For Dogs

A man’s best friend should deserve all the finer things in life: beer and steak. After a long day, men can now enjoy a drink with their dog. The Dutch beer, Hondenbier, translates to “doggie beer.” Hondenbier is a steak-flavored beer and is nonalcoholic.

3. Banana Beer

The best way to cheat the system and get your daily nutrients, well kind of, may be by drinking Wells Banana Bread Beer. This unique brew combines all the traditional qualities and style of a Charles Wells beer with the subtle flavor of banana.  Jacksonville locals might have to stick to eating bananas for breakfast, since Banana Bread Beer is brewed in Bedford, United Kingdom.

4. Bilk

Stronger bones and a nice little buzz is brought to you by combining two of the world’s favorite liquids: milk and beer. Created in Japan, this low-malt beer with milk, known as “bilk,” was suggested as a product that would help use up surplus milk. Bilk has a fruity taste that manufacturers hope will be appealing to women.

5. Tomato and Clam Juice Beer

Tomato and Clam Juice Beer, sounds semi-scary but after reading reviews, most people agree that it isn’t as bad as you would think. Budweiser and Clamato Chelada are a combination of classic American-style lager and the rich, spicy taste of Clamato Tomato Cocktail.

6. Champagne Beer

Every college student’s dream is feeling “fancy” while drinking beer. The perfect way to achieve this is by drinking champagne beer. It is a light and sparkling drink that looks and tastes more like champagne than like beer.  This beer style is extremely unique because during the brewing process, the brewer uses champagne yeast instead of the regular beer yeast, giving the brew more alcohol content.

7. Chocolate Donut Beer

Is it really possible to trade in a morning trip to Dunkin Donuts with a beer? My wildest dreams would say no, but, despite doubts, there is a beer called Chocolate Donut Beer. Shenandoah Brewing Company brews a double chocolate stout – made using chocolate malts and actual chocolate – with essence of donut added via a top-secret method.

8. Chili Beer

Chili Beer is scorching hot, tongue-watering beer. Despite some critics claiming the beer is “awful”, it won the 2013 International Beer tasting competition. Pepper in a bottle is an insane idea, brewed by Chili Brew Co.
