Night-time Tiger Feeding
During Friday and Saturday of every week, the Catty Shack sanctuary offers the chance to see the nighttime feeding of their tigers. Before the feeding, you’re welcome to browse their sanctuary and their many other wildlife animals. When the sun goes down, the raw steaks come out.
A Day With Your Furry Friend
Dogwood Park is one of the nation’s largest off-leash parks. The 42-acres of free-range dog heaven is equipped with different fitness options for your pooch. There are trails, ponds and even equipment for your dogs to discover, such as concrete tunnels.
Beaches Green Market
A farmer’s market where you can not only find local and sustainably grown food, but an education as well. The market’s vendors sell a vast selection of local and organic produce ranging from all-natural meats to free-range eggs, cut flowers, locally roasted organic coffees, gluten-free foods, vegan goodies, handcrafted cheeses, locally made desserts, freshly baked breads, homemade dog treats and more! They are open every Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. (rain or shine).
Power to the Purple: Beer & Wine Festival
The only thing better than beer and wine is donating to a good cause! All proceeds are going to the American Cancer Society. Power to the Purple is this Saturday at Intuition Ale works on King St in Riverside. The food will be provided from Mojo BBQ and there will also be music, raffles and a silent auction.
