Brrrrrrrrrrrr….. Our first true cold snap is upon us! We’ve had a fun run of chunky surf this week leading up to the big blow, and for those that love to tough out the elements, rubber up and get on it! The offshore winds are coming so if you want to get a chilly surf in tomorrow is the day! Once this front to the north shifts towards Sunday it will be flaticus maximous for a few days until we may see a little bump in a winter longboard wave later next week. Typical weather pattern to start the winter season, cold front from the north, warm days leading up, rain, then wind, then sunny skies chilly weather and leftovers… Now is the time to get into your local surf shops to score some new rubber for the holiday season! It will be flying off the shelves so get on it! Don’t forget those other under the tree gifts like some new flops, shades, or stocking stuffers bars of cold water wax! JAGS are at the BANK Sunday for a big game, and by then the swell will be be flat, so get down there and fill the bank with cheers! Go Jags!
