The Six-Mile Creek is said to be one of the longest runs in wakeboarding here in North Florida. Some of the best riders around made their way to Outback Crab Shack this past Saturday for what was sure to be an action packed day!

First Coast Boat and Marine worked with several sponsors to put on such an incredible event. With a range of divisions from novice to outlaw including girls and even wakeskating, a boatshow, and a live stream webcast, we knew it would turn out to be successful!

There were a few hiccups with the occasional torrential downpour, but that didn’t stop the competitors or the fans from pulling out all the stops.

With what I like to call front row tickets, the spectators had the best seat in the house posted up in all sorts of boats and floats! Even Jefferson Langley, (Pro rider out of Orlando, FL) stopped by to put on a high flying demo that sent the crowd into a roar with every trick.

The competition was fierce throughout the entire event leading to several tough decisions for the judges.
