Rain rain go away and bring some more surf our way! Tropical system Invest 95L is tailing away off of the Carolinas at present, and has given us a well needed small pulse of stormy surf over the last few days. This system has brought some record rainfalls to many areas in the region, just not any record size surf. It’s officially August now, and heading into the peak of the season we’re ready for Mother Nature to send some more stoke our way! We should have some small surf for a majority of the week with all of the systems moving through, and if we gaze across the ocean we’re keeping our eyes off of West Africa as a blip on the radar has started to take form but way far off to tell at this point. With the waning “Blue Moon” tide phase this week we will have extreme tide ranges. Time your tides at the right spots and you could score a little wave! Things are going to hopefully start to awaken in the Atlantic at any time, we’ll keep our eyes on the radars!
