In the area collectively known as “The Elbow,” or downtown Jacksonville’s entertainment district, there are a number of really cool things going on. To add to awesome events like Art Walk After Dark, Trey Hebron, co-founder of the Elbow, has just released the first installment of their web series titled, “The Alley Sessions.” This new video series plans to highlight the “dynamic cultural diversity in Jacksonville’s thriving music scene” by featuring an interview and performance with local musicians.

Thanks to the help of Kumar Pictures and Stay Tuned Studios, Downtown Vision, Inc. and the Downtown Investment Authority, this new series will help to shed light on some great local talent. The first artists in the series are D.A.R.Y.L. and DJ Northstar, also known as local hip-hop duo ND 20/20.

Check out the video below to catch an interview and a special live performance of “Long Time No Cash.”
