Local Jacksonville metal band Rhythm of Fear is no stranger to Void, but apparently, not everyone in Jax is familiar with their formidable style of music. On March 13, RoF was set to perform on the program River City Live, but between previously recording two live songs and an interview, the producers decided to cut their performance from the episode.

So, where others have left off, allow us to pick up the slack. The performance, which you can see below, was shot and produced by River City Live.

The whole reason for all this promotion was so that the band could promote the release of a newly recorded music video for their song “Dark Energy” (shot and produced with Cameron Nunez) at 1904 Music Hall tomorrow night for free. You can find more details on that event here.

If you can’t make it out for the video release, on March 16, RoF will be opening for Anvil, Night Demon and more at Nighthawks before leaving for their tour.

Spread the fear.
