Beware of the Ides of March they say! After last weeks pulse of good surf, we are in for round 2! And albeit we’ve been bragging about how we’ve had no winter what so ever, it aint over ’til the fat lady sings! It won’t be that cold, it’s too late for that, but it will be a little cool down that reminds us we’re still not in the clear yet… With that said we have a solid little nor’easter front coming through that is going to give us a kinda double whammy through now until the weekend, and may signal one last time to suit up and get after it!

With a nice sized Canadian clipper pushing down through the jet stream, our friends from the north are going to get another little winter reminder pounding late in the season, and we will reap the benefits of some swell building systems fitting into our windows off the Mid-Atlantic! We should see some building surf into Friday in the waist to chest high range with a little lull until the weekend actions heats.. I mean cools up, but not that could as aforementioned. Solid windswell/groundswell combo in the chest to head high range and as always we’re blessed to have the breaks that can hold these types of conditions. The swell looks to hold through next week as it moves offshore and transitions into a nice little easterly suckup swell with no holding back until next Wednesday! Wax ’em up and zip it up and get on it!
