Another week, another study showing how much more dangerous alcohol is than marijuana. This study proved that you are 114 times more likely to die from alcohol use over marijuana use. Heroin and cocaine were the next two deadliest substances in the study, after alcohol.

Marijuana was the only drug that was studied that possessed a low mortality rate to people who use it. These types of studies are not a surprise anymore, despite the fact that many opponents of recreational marijuana use still view it as starkly dangerous. With Alaska becoming the third state to legalize the drug earlier this week, will 2015 be a monumental year in the fight for legalization?
