After opening two successful locations in Jax Beach and St. Augustine, Hoptinger set its sights on the Riverside area for a third location. After many months of progress, the restaurant is finally open and ready for business.
Previously occupied by Fuel Coffeehouse, the only two-story building (also known as the Peterson’s Five and Dime) on the Five Points strip is now home to Hoptinger’s third and most ambitious location.
The new restaurant is their biggest location yet, with several seating arrangements inside from bar-tops to tables and booths to couches. The location will also feature the area’s second rooftop bar, which is set to open a couple of months from the initial opening.
Serving up their signature “Baverican” food, customers can expect the usual, delicious brats, sandwiches burgers, signature cocktails, craft beer (64 taps) and more, as well as several new, exclusive options unique to the new locale (including many vegan plates).
Those interested in checking out the new Hoptinger can find it at 1037 Park Street. They open on Feb. 9 at 4 p.m.
