Duval is listed among 34 Florida counties in Governor Scott’s executive order. That means it’s time to bust out the windbreaker, pack an umbrella, wear rain boots and sip on something tropical at some point to brave the 2 to 4 inches of rain projected to flood the First Coast.

Void condones safety and implores our readers to not shred gnarly waves the winds will bring, tube through the streets tied to a truck or wind-sail the concrete with a bed sheet. Seriously … that would be ill-advised.
