We’re buying the Springfield hype. Drinking the Kool-Aid, if you will. From the gorgeous and historic architecture throughout the neighborhood to the new breweries, cafes, and restaurants popping up along Main Street–a choice little corridor with views of DT Jax, no less–it’s on in North Jacksonville.

Meanwhile, a triad of entrepreneurial minded free spirits who’ve put down roots on the aforementioned Main St. are looking to indoctrinate the rest of the region, inviting folks into the neighborhood for an inaugural throw down. The Second Saturday Night Market, curated by Bobby K Boutique, The Block Skate Supply, and Bark on Main kicks off at 6 p.m. this Saturday, 1/12 with a local vendor market, alcoholic bevvies, and food by A Taste of Miami Food Truck. Local garage-surf trio The Mother Gooses will kick out the jams starting at 8 p.m.

Void Mag will be in attendance, bringing our newly released Void on Vinyl local music compilation and a range of styles from our line of apparel, including our new Parks & Represent captain hats–which will help you rep your new fave neighborhood.

We’ll have our Parks & Represent hats for sale at The Second Saturday Market in Springfield on Saturday. Go here to peep the styles.
