Comedian Gary Gulman is bringing his “Must Be Nice” tour to the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall! Gulman is a veteran comedian whose TV credits include “Last Comic Standing,” “Inside Amy Schumer,” and currently on HBO’s “Crashing” and HBO’s new series “2 Dope Queens.”

Originally from Boston, Gary Gulman has been a scholarship college football player, an accountant, and a high school teacher. Now he is one of the most popular touring comics and one of only a handful of comedians to perform on every single late-night talk show. Gary marked his 20-year anniversary in stand-up with the “It’s About Time” Tour selling out theaters throughout the country. It’s no wonder the New York Times wrote, “Gary is finally being recognized as one of the country’s strongest comedians.”

He was nominated twice for Grammy Awards for “Best Comedy Album of the Year” for his albums Child of the Fifties and Mind Over Matter. In 1975, Klein was the first comedian to appear in a live concert on Home Box Office (HBO). He has gone on to do nine one-man shows for HBO and received his first Emmy nomination for Outstanding Music and Lyrics in 2001 for Robert Klein: Child in His 50’s. Klein released “Robert Klein: The HBO Specials 1975-2005,” a collector’s DVD box set to critical acclaim. His most recent special for HBO, “Robert Klein: Unfair and Unbalanced” aired on June 12, 2010 and is also available as a DVD. This special earned him a second Emmy nomination in 2011 for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics.
